Forming Tomorrow’s Leaders

Real Men Real Leaders consists of concerned community members in Garden City, Kansas who mentor local youth. We guide these young men and offer life skill training so they can become the Real Men and Real Leaders their communities need.

Real Men Real Leaders is a free program for boys in fifth and sixth grade from Charles O. Stones Intermediate Center, St Mary School, and Bernadine Sitts Intermediate Center.

Our goal is to provide these boys, and their families, with connections to community resources and to support them in successful peer and family relationships.

Mission Statement

Cultivating young men into leaders by influencing positive decision-making.

Vision Statement
